  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • We do not charge GST as we are a small, individually-owned business not registered under GST.

  • We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders, as per our COD Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer pan-India shipping.

  • Dispatch and delivery timelines vary and may be extended for handmade or made-to-order items based on raw material availability or workload of artisans.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We follow a strict no refund policy.

  • Exchanges are allowed only once, and only if the return request is initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • The customer must return the item unused and in original packaging.
