At The Kurtis, each kurti is handmade with love and care. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any orders once they are placed and confirmed.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange on products that meet the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The product must have all tags and labels intact.

  • We do not accept exchanges for customized or altered items.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the exchange process.

Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

  • We will ship the exchanged product back to you at no additional cost (one-time only).

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All our kurtis are handmade. Slight variations in color, embroidery, or stitching are part of the unique charm of handmade garments and not considered defects.

Some items may take longer to deliver based on the availability of raw materials or workload of our artisans. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with Unboxing Video and Few clear photos. We will resolve the issue by offering an exchange at no cost to you.
